How It Works – Grantor

  • Sign-Up: First-time customers select “Grantor” on the Sign-Up page.
  • Setup Account: You can add a spouse as a Second Grantor (requires a separate email and phone number) or choose a subscription after creating an account.
  • Choose Subscription Options: Select a subscription term: one month, one year, five years, ten years, or lifetime.
  • Dashboard: Once subscribed, access your personalized dashboard.
  • Document Upload: Upload important documents and set permissions for successors.
    • NOTE – You can invite successors to create an account without granting access to documents.
  • Access Upon Death: In case of death, successors and attorneys can upload a death certificate to gain access to trust documents.
  • Ongoing Management: You can upload new or updated documents anytime and access them globally.

HOW IT WORKS – AS AN INVITED GRANTOR

  • If an Attorney or primary Grantor has invited you to a Trust, click the link in the email to sign up. This will allow you to sign up and choose a subscription if one has not already been selected or be taken directly to the Trust dashboard.
    • *Note that individuals may not use the same email address or phone number.
  • After logging into the account, you can add documents and change the permissions.
